• Add up the numbers you selected for each statement.

• Score Range:

o 15–30: Low EQ – You may struggle to understand and manage emotions effectively.

o 31–45: Moderate EQ – You have some emotional awareness but can improve in certain areas.

o 46–60: High EQ – You are highly aware of emotions, empathetic, and manage relationships well.
